The well-known Quick-L-electronic hot gas welding device in a special version for apparatus construction, tank construction, and special machine construction offers particularly user-friendly operation.

Instead of a rotary knob, it features a recessed potentiometer that can be easily adjusted with a screwdriver. This allows the device to be used effortlessly on extruders, fixtures, and machines without having to change the heating preselection.

Additionally, the device offers a cold setting that can also be activated without changing the heating preselection.

With a power output of 1500W and the ability to use a variety of attachable nozzles, it offers flexibility and efficiency.

The motor’s collector carbons can be changed several times, ensuring continuous operation.

The carbon change is easily done from the outside, without having to open the device, and only needs to be performed after 1,500 hours.

To prevent damage to the motor after the carbons are depleted, the carbon brushes are equipped with a shutdown mechanism.
