Air heaters for plastics processors

Air heaters have many different uses in industry.
They are used used on conveyor belts, in processing machines and production production lines.

The hot air they generate is used for activation, shrinking, drying and shaping.

The air heaters are multi-stage switchable and can be equipped with different heating capacities with 230V or 400V up to a maximum of 650 °C.

An external air supply (blower, side channel blower or compressor) is required for operation. Depending on the nozzle, the required air volume is 500 to 1500 liters/min.

The external air supply creates a Continuous use made possible. Air heaters can therefore be installed on conveyor belts and in machines. They are also used in heating ducts and on various other devices.

If required, the air outlet can be modified with various clip-on nozzles.
The air flow can thus be concentrated and modified in such a way that individual solutions can be achieved.
Depending on the version, the air outlet can be diffused, centered or modified for individual applications using wide slot nozzles up to 300 mm wide.
