Auxiliary equipment for plastics processors

To optimize the results of the welding processes, we carry a comprehensive range of accessories for the finishing of weld seams.

This subsequent finishing is prescribed in the DVS guidelines, as is the preparation of the welding rods.

For this reason, we have  gougers, weld seam planers, quarter and half-moon knives, scraper blades and scrapers for deburring seams as well as weld seam cutters in our range.

These innovative weld seam milling machines allow very simple, clean and faster reworking of the seams.

Inexpensive devices are available for Inside edge corners 90° or 120°, flat V, X or butt welds, external edge welds with 270° or for the Seam preparation90° or180°.

Other angles are available on request.

For manufacturers of car tarpaulins or installers of insulating films, we stock various siliconepressurerollers in different widths, which are available with or without ball bearings.

Special welding rod stands, which allow the easy and precise unwinding of welding rods on spools or coils, especially for extrusion welding, and are also available for storing the welding rods.
