We supply appliances with non-contact radiant heating, with contact heating or with single-sink heating blade.
Non-contact heating with bottom heating or bottom and top heating is ideal for bending transparent materials such as PVC-U, PMMA, PC and PET.
Although contact heaters heat up faster, they always leave marks on the panel surface and are generally used with technical materials.
Countersunk heating swords are used for edge welding PE, PP and PVDF sheets in order to achieve the sharpest possible bend with simultaneous welding.
The possible working widths range from 0.5 to 4 m.
Depending on the machine/device type, bending capacities of0.3 to 30 mm are possible on panel thicknesses.
