The HSK22 RSX DATA manual welding extruder is ideal for extrusion welding of materials such as PEHD, PP, PVDF and PVC for welding work in accordance with DVS 2207/4.

It offers precise control of the melt temperature through direct measurement in the melt, which ensures consistently high-quality weld seams.

The wire feeder is equipped with additional conveyor aids to ensure smooth operation.

The actual and set values for ground and air temperature as well as the speed are displayed clearly so that the operator is always in control.

In addition, the welding temperatures, ambient temperature, speed and welding times can be digitally recorded and saved on an SD card. This enables complete documentation and subsequent analysis of the welding processes.

Different welders and the material to be processed can also be pre-programmed on an SD card, which increases the flexibility and adaptability of the device.
