The Oval-H is a powerful and handy hot air welding device from the new Oval-Line. With high air output and a strong 3000W heating capacity, it combines ergonomic design with robust construction for professional use.
Thanks to the 40 mm wide slot nozzle, the Oval-H enables efficient and powerful welding – ideal for landfill liners, pond liners, and heavy tarpaulins. It is also used in the automotive industry, for example for drying filler or activating plastic parts.
The continuously adjustable temperature from 20°C to 700°C ensures precise work, while the powerful dual turbine system enables reliable overlap welding.
The ergonomic design with a slim handle ensures comfortable working. The easy-to-clean air filters and switchable carbon brushes ensure a long service life. The carbon brush life is approximately 1,500 hours, and the brushes can be easily replaced multiple times to avoid damage to the motor collector.

The device is suitable for a wide range of applications, including welding advertising banners, tent tarps, and flat roof membranes, processing PVC floors and linoleum, as well as repairing car tarpaulins, tents, and plastics.
It can also be used for shrinking films, cables, and hoses, shaping plastic, and sterilizing packaging in the food industry.
Other applications include separating and fusing synthetic threads, removing plastic burrs, smoothing pills and dragées, as well as sealing pools and ponds.
It is also used for electromechanical work, construction and repair of aquacultures and boats, and is produced in Germany.
